Why we started.

With over four years of experience within the TikTok Live selling sector, I recognised a clear and unnecessary gap in the market. Many agencies are heavily location-based, operating from cities such as Manchester and London, where significant overhead costs go into studio space, equipment, and logistics-costs that do not directly contribute to what actually drives results for brands. Through my experience, I’ve seen first-hand that the true performance of a TikTok Live doesn’t come from the setup or the location, but from the presenter behind the screen.
Interise Media was created to change that. We are a fully remote TikTok Live agency focused on sourcing and developing talented presenters who can bring products to life through engaging, authentic, and high-performing live content. Every presenter is trained before they begin and continues to receive tailored coaching per brand they work with, ensuring they fully understand the tone, product, and strategy required to convert viewers into customers. Alongside this, we provide weekly reports and regular check-ins with both brands and presenters to ensure consistent improvement, alignment, and measurable growth.
My own journey started working in Manchester, commuting daily to deliver multiple live sessions for a variety of brands. Over time, I became increasingly fascinated by how TikTok’s ecosystem truly works-the algorithm shifts, audience behaviour, stock levels, scripts, and live setup, and how each of these elements can dramatically impact performance. That experience made me realise I wanted to work differently. I transitioned into a fully remote model, not only to improve flexibility and efficiency, but also to deliver better results for the brands I work with.
In doing so, I discovered something bigger: by removing unnecessary limitations, there was more opportunity to support brands at scale, refine presenter performance more effectively, and build a wider network of skilled talent who can deliver consistent results from anywhere. Interise Media is built on that belief-putting the focus back where it belongs: on the presenter, the performance, and the growth of the brand.
